"We stayed in the David Bowie room which was fantastically decorated as was the matching bathroom. All rooms were immaculately clean and full of character and charm. There was a great choice of breakfasts which were beautifully prepared, and presented in the lovely ArtDeco dining room. Kat & Richard were wonderful hosts - so friendly and passionate about their Home/B&Bs history, themes and decor. We were celebrating a Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We felt very welcome and even had balloons and cake provided! It really is fantastic, fun and friendly place to stay."

"What a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Right next to Manston airport with all the RAF & Spitfire history to enjoy. A short drive from so many amenities and ever such easy access to the coast of Kent.The cottage has so much history and the pictures do not do it justice. The living room is much bigger than we expected! The cottage is in a beautiful little quiet courtyard with an easy drive round circle to get through the access archway. The turn in from the road is a little hidden but the host has installed multicoloured lights to help late arrivals find the opening easily. She also called us with very detailed directions and descriptions so we could find the cottage easily, which was really helpful.We were staying in the depth of winter and the cottage heating system did the job of keeping us warm very nicely. The bathroom is modern with plenty of hot water at all times. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for 2 people's needs and the oven cooked evenly and at the temperature we expected (sometimes it's hit and miss in cottages!) but it would be good if an additional oven shelf could be put in I think. One shelf was a bit of a juggle.We loved our stay at this cottage with the ever so warm welcome, wonderful information about the local area and the absolute peace and quiet of the location.I had to work from the cottage for half a day and the WiFi did not let me down, which was great.Highly recommend this accommodation. Simply lovely."
