"The amenities that were provided MADE the trip. If it were not for the indoor/outdoor pool, the burger joint connected and the beach right there, I would have left. The rooms were outdated and not as advertised. It also had a terrible smell that the only solution they gave me was a spray to cover it up. Very ick but my child was happy and had a great time."

"It's such a lovely resort. The property is in decent condition. I love the full size kitchen that is in a good quality. The best bedding and the best shower I have ever had. The ocean view gives you the best view of the beach. I watch the sun rise everyday from the balcony."

"This was the most horrible hotel experience in my 43 years of living. The room was full of roaches, I mean they were everywhere. We pulled the drapes to close them and they scattered. I think we are still traumatized. On top of that, the parking deck across the street had a broken elevator the whole time. Save your time and money and book somewhere else!!"

"The waterpark was closed during our stay which was not advised during our booking process. It needs to be advised when the waterpark will be open. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the lack of hospitality has determined we would not return."

"This is a resort hotel that is showing his age. However, the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. The beds were good. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night. I was on the sixth floor, and I had a partial view of the ocean, the television in the room, the controls were a little bit frustrating and to be honest I’m not sure if maybe the remote remote was having issues, but I turned to my iPad instead and was able to view whatever content I wanted to look at that way the staff was great, friendly and courteous the outdoor pools that I saw looked very well maintained"

"I honestly came here with low expectations. I'm not sure why, but I guess mostly because it was a reasonably priced hotel on the beach. That's hard to find. When I walked into our room, I found it to be exceptionally clean... like cleaner than a typical 5-star hotel. The ocean view was amazing, and just what I needed in the middle of March when I'm suffering from spring fever. I usually can't wait to get out of a hotel room and back home, but this was completely opposite. I was sad to leave. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and pleasant it was definitely a place that will be at the top of my list to return to. Thank you for maintaining a wonderful hotel!"
