Outside bathroom is a nice touch but shower took sometimes over 5 min to heat up and sometimes never got above Luke warm. "My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

"Everyone there was so very communicative and helpful, from airport pick up to a late night meal, due to a late flight, there was always someone there to help. In general everyone was also so friendly! The property is beautiful~ right beside the river, you can have breakfast with a view^^ If you want to visit this area it is a beautiful, quiet property to call homebase^^"
