"A great value if you want to save money versus the expensive hotels in Tusayan and Grand Canyon Village (especially in the busy times of year). Only 20-25 minutes from the South Rim gate. Not a lot around the hotel itself and it's old and dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. No huge issue as we did bring additional coffee and a percolator, but something to consider for guests based on days booked. Overall, quite nice, met our needs and we will definitely book again in the future."

"It was an excellent glamping spot, great for positioning to the Grand Canyon. Property was clean and well maintained. Recommended to take the tents with private washrooms, they are handy to have."

"Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. "

"This tiny house was about 15 minutes from the south entrance to the Grand Canyon. It's down a 1-mile gravel road. It was very quiet with a beautiful night sky. It looked just like the pictures."

"I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best."

"This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) We were 4 guests and only received 3 hand towels and 3 wash cloths (we did receive 4 bath towels.) The kitchen did not have any oven mits or towels so we had to take one of the hand towels from the bathroom for that purpose. Communication with the agency was great with frequent and detailed instructions. Overall, this property was accurate to the description but our family just needs a bit more space for a vacation rental. "
