"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

Highly recommended - beautiful hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. The food in the restaurants was of a very high standard, the same for the breakfast. All the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, the staff on reception, restaurant (evening and breakfast), tthe pool staff, the bar, the cleaners, even the workmen onsite. Very polite and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend, we will definitely be going back in the future. Large list of available day trips and things to do, away from the hotel and plenty to do at the hotel, water sports etc, highly recommend the spa, we had a massage which was amazing. Large list of treatments, all very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our honeymoon & holiday so special. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The standout feature was the stunning pool with an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!"
