But when we arrived at our room we found there were spider webs around the corner and our wifi was too terrible to use, so the next day I told the staff but after one hour they helped us to solve this problem. Last time we lived in the Ritz Calton Hotel which is near JW and we had a very good experience maybe next time we will choose The Ritz"
