"Pools were great, staff responsive. Italian restaurant was HORRRIBLE. Every other restaurant was decent. Drinks are just ok, nothing special. Access to XCARET park was wonderful!!! Loved that it was included."

"The staff are super accommodating in any way possible. They always went above and beyond for making hard to find reservations, helping with the room needs outside the hours, making personal recommendations for the area attractions, etc. The resort is beautiful and is sprawling (includes 5 different resorts, with one being your primary). They have great shows and great options for dining or snacking or relaxing. Excellent and fun workout activities. Would go back again. "

The service people were never felt to be tired they had a lot of energy they started the coffee immediately they serve the juice serve out any problem they always were there ask what we want so congratulation this is the best hotel I ever been"

"Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well! "
