The popular harbour promenade with various shops and restaurants, as well as the Weidefeld sandy beach are within walking distance, BALTIC PEARL is the perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds.



The open-plan living and dining area with integrated, high-quality equipped kitchen is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and offers a unique view as far as the Baltic Sea. The wrap-around balcony, accessible from every room, is the perfect place to relax and escape the stresses of everyday life. Whether sunbathing on a lounger, relaxing in the cosy lounge area or enjoying a sundowner with a view of the harbour - there's something for everyone here.



If you want to move your home office to the sea, there is a desk with plenty of space to work.



Next to the comfortable living area with TV, you'll find a wood-burning stove so that you can enjoy your holiday even when it's cold outside. The furnishings of the BALTIC PEARL are Nordic and maritime and are complemented by industrial accents.

The two bedrooms are also tastefully furnished to a high standard - both with an unmistakable view of the harbour. If the weather is too grey to look outside, there is another TV in the master bedroom for your entertainment. This bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The single beds can be converted into a double bed on request. Restful sleep is guaranteed and beautiful dreams will come naturally.



Another highlight is the shower room. In addition to all the useful features, such as a washer-dryer, a floor-level rain shower and an infrared cabin round off the all-round feel-good experience.

There is a car parking space at the building and charging facilities for electric cars.

The apartment is easily accessible via the lift.
