The Albatros holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and offers a fantastic view of the Schlei shore nature reserve, the Schlei and passing sailing ships. Modernly furnished in a discreet Long Island style and equipped to a high standard, this holiday apartment offers full holiday comfort. The Baltic Sea breeze can be enjoyed on two terraces, while the sauna provides wellness moments.



The light-flooded living/dining area impresses with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front with a view over the adjoining terrace and the reeds of the Schlei shore to the expanse of the Schlei. The unrivalled view of the water can be enjoyed from the comfortable seating area or the solid dining table. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



Two bedrooms offer space for up to four adults and provide access to a second terrace with all-day sun and a beach chair.



The generously designed bathroom offers pure relaxation with a floor-level shower and sauna (infrared cabin).



A private car parking space is available directly in front of the house.



Bicycles can be parked in a shed in front of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Sicht aus der Wohnung ist einfach der Hammer. Es war auch alles sauber als wir angekommen sind. Der junge Mann beim Einchecken war auch sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Oase der Ruhe am Rande der Grossbaustelle

In Olpenitz wird gebaut! Das Ferienresort wirkt insgesamt noch ziemlich unfertig, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten im Ort gibt es noch kaum... Die Wohnung bietet dazu einen wunderbaren Kontrast: Ihre etwas vorgesetzte, ruhige Lage direkt an der Schleimündung bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf vorbeifahrende Schiffe. Der kleine Garten vor der Terasse lässt Platz zum Spielen für die Kleinen, wenn sie sich am Strand noch nicht genügend ausgetobt haben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig, sowie geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder zurück.
