You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Guest studio overlooking farmland

The cottage is on a shared driveway near our home. 30 minutes to Raglan either by state highway 27 or take the picturesque drive over Fillery road. 25 Minutes to Hamilton and 20 Minutes to Pirongia Village with the famous 5 Stags Restaurant being a personal favourite.
Pirongia Mountain access within 10 minutes and several walkways right on our doorstep.

A cooked farmhouse breakfast is available upon request - $20 per person.
The space
Outside you can wander our farm or any of the nearby walking trails. Explore caves and swim in the famous Kanikaniwha Stream. We have a selection of gym equipment available. Kayaks and bikes can be available upon request. Guest are welcome to use our firepit for relaxation or to cook a meal.

This is a shared site with our house on the same site. We have a working farm so care needs to be taken when exploring. We minimise risks where we are able to and common sense will keep you safe. We have a couple of really friendly dogs who will bark when you arrive but they really are kid safe.

A beautiful stay!!

The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!
