"The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are many options for nearby food like starbucks and traditional restaurants, as well as nearby family mart and 7/11 convenience stores. The entire hotel was clean and room service was done often. The room was big and spacious with a big bathroom with a heated bidet toilet. The beds were also comfortable with plenty of light and a big window. Transportation was very close too with multiple bus stops and transit routes. The hotel was also really close to Kyoto Station making transportation and rail transfers easy."
