Good all round hotel at a good price. Some nice free drinks and sweets in arrival and clean. Basic but the breakfast was good and the staff we saw briefly were friendly too.

A great option near the station

This is a great basic hotel that knows its customer and serves them well. Very, very comfortable with friendly staff it is ideal to use as a base to explore the area. It is walkable to the station and an easy walk to the city centre although there are trams available nearby too. We loved the honesty bar approach when reception was unstaffed and there are some great food options nearby. Sokrates around the corner is exceptional.

Good value for money...

Overnight stay during family trip to Austria. Check in was easy, room was big with big double bed and bunk bed for kids. After driving most of the day it was good to have hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was good (selection of hot and cold food). In my opinion really good value for money (£88 for 2 + 2 - including breakfast) and if you’re lucky enough you might even get parking in front of the hotel :)

Good value for money....

Arrived on Easter evening so no stuff there but all arrival info was easy to see and the key was waiting in security box. Although hotel is surrounded by block of flats and popular restaurant (right behind corner) it was very quiet. Room was big for family of 4 with welcoming sweets on each bed :) Beds were comfy enough. Tea, coffee facility in each room. Good size bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels... Breakfast next morning was very very good with big selection of food to choose from. All in all pleasant stay...

Breakfast good, Coffe very bad. Cleaning ok. Rooms are rather small. Wifi good enough to work from hotel. Room had a small stand fan. Self Check in hassle free. Location is fine. Quiet area but one needs to walk from the main station which feels a bit much in summer.

Good for the prive

All in all for the price. Reception was not manned late evening as stated on hotels.com, but instructions at the main entrance on how to get the key was precise. The person who answered the phone seemed in a hurry and/or not that service minded (so gave up on asking for hotel parking and found a spot in a nearby street). The room was really fine, but extremely hot/humid and the fully opened windows and the fan could not change that. Good breakfast :-)

A bit old, but the worst: no airconditioning! It was hot outside and inside it was just as hot. Almost no sleep because of the heat and the bugs (a lot) that had come in from the open windows before we arrived. There was a fan in the room but that didn't make much of a difference. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms were reasonably clean but the drains weren't working well, so you couldn't leave the tap open for too long.

Das Zimmer war recht klein – sowohl die Balkontür als auch die Badtür ließen sich wegen der Bettposition nicht vollständig öffnen. Die Ausstattung und der allgemeine Zustand waren jedoch gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, allerdings war der Kaffee aus dem Automaten enttäuschend: Er schmeckte leider stark verbrannt.
