Each room has a fridge (used to be mini-bar but is now empty for your use). Grocery and other stores right across the street (with typical German opening hours, that is, until 9 pm, but closed Sunday). Hotel itself is a little dated, but everything functions.

Hotel am Bahnhof

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und fußläufig zum Kongress Palais. Leider ist es durch die quitschenden Straßenbahnen extrem laut - aber immerhin liegen Ohrstöpsel bereit. Unser Zimmer war winzig, aber okay. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgt nur auf Nachfrage.

Nur für Bahnreisen geeignet. Es gibt genau 7 Parkplätze, die natürlich ständig belegt sind. Kein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Zimmer sind klein aber OK. Bar gibt es nicht, Restaurant nur für Frühstück. Viel zu wenig Personal an der Rezeption. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch.

Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer groß genug und sauber. Am Abned konnte man gut Essen und die Atmosphäre im Hotel war gut.Hotel liegt genau am Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe. Wenn man ein Hotel bucht am Bahnhof sollte man sich nicht bescheren. Frühstück war ausreichend Das einzige Problem 7 Parkplätze

Das Zimmer ist sehr laut,aber es kommt nicht vom Bahnhof sondern von den Straßenbahnen die amBahnhof fahren. Es waren zwar Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer, aber für den Preis hätte ich ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Man müsste die hälfte des preises zurück verlangen. Unglaublich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aber nie wieder.Wie kann man wenn man weiß fie Zimmer sind laut solche Preise verlangen??? Da sollte man sich mal Gedanken darüber machen.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff. Nice room Ok breakfast. Situated perfectly, if you travel by train. Only minus is a bit of noise in the morgning from the Train station. But as an extra service from the hotel, there were earplugs in the room. Good service. Satisfied guest :-).

The room was full of hairs from previous guests, it is very close to the station so from 5 am onwards it is loud, not well insulated.

Schlechter Service

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof und ist einfach zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem üblichen Standard, das Serviceangebot ist bestenfalls ausreichend. Ich bin von einer Veranstaltung nach Mitternacht zurück gekommen, das Hotel verschlossen, kein Zutritt mit der Zimmerkarte!! Kein Licht an der Rezeption und kein Nachtportier oder ähnlich!! Erst nach einer Stunde Warten in der Kälte tauchte jemand auf - das ist einfach unakzeptabel!!
