"The place is fine for a short stay. It’s clean and has what you need. The rooms specifically the restroom are extra small and the beds are not very comfortable. So I would not recommend it for an extended stay. The staff is not typically available until the late afternoon so if you need any assistance in the morning or early hours you won’t have access to staff. My husband and I stayed for two nights and that was enough. There is an amazing sushi restaurant just around the corner about two minutes away which made the stay worth it! "

"No good shopping nearby. Towels and toilet were smelly. Staff did not seem happy to help. We thought staying next to Nijo station would be convenient, but this wasn’t worth it considering the nearly 30 noisy ambulances that went by during our two day stay. Breakfast was ok. "
