"Good location and clean spacious room"

"Great hotel but needs place to sit while waiting as the check in time was pretty strict "

"Hotel has drinking water machine. Cleaning staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located by Taipei Main Train Station. But for a 5-star Hotel, it's a little outdated. The whole facility only has one washer and one dryer, and the open hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. But when we asked the front desk at the time checked in, we were told that the hotel has at least 30 machines. And the staff didn't informed us of the operation hours."
