Excellent hotel, we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location; it is just 100 metres across the road from the Taipei Main Station, walking distance to shopping malls/shopping districts, restaurants and transports. Breakfast is very good with both Western and chinese food options. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We would stay there again. Highly recommended!

Place is located near the station which is a plus but many homeless hang out around this locationat night. Poorly lit area. Property is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It’s dated and requires renovation to maintain that status. The shower has problems draining . The free coffee opens late. Staff were nice. Overall decent place to stay. But not a luxury hotel.

Very pleased with this hotel. Very quiet, amole of soace in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you are allowed to request as many bottled water you need as well as ice. The hotel is exit M3 and is connected underground from taipei main station airport train. Look for the sign for taipei MRT train and youwill eventually find the M3 exit. The pathway is luggage friendly, there are escalators and elevators available

Fantastic experience! Cosmos hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast is expansive and robust. The room was very large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Taipei Main Station. Simply follow M8 to M3 and you will arrive at the hotel with ease. The staff are helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast also adds great value to the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Cosmos Hotel Taipei for 3 nights, starting with the fantastic location right next to Taipei Main Station, which made traveling around the city effortless. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent, highlighted by a warm welcome drink and stellar dining experiences, the 3rd-floor breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and dinner at the 2nd-floor Chinese restaurant was rish and delicious. ​We did run into one issue with a mildew odor in our initial room, but the staff handled it brilliantly. They immediately offered us a room exchange and a dehumidifier. We were very happy with their prompt and professional solution, which turned a potential negative into a testament to their great guest care.
