Very nice location and small little property. Breakfast is pretty good. And breakfast dinning room staff: Kevin, Winnie, and Claire are all very helpful and kind. Overall, very nice location and place to stay. Will come again. However, the location is quite busy with guests.. and the internet is quite unstable. But overall , love it.

Stayed here for twelve nights and didn’t want to leave. The location is fantastic even though it was hard to find on google maps when we got off on the metro. The kitchen staff: Kevin, Claire, Winnie, and Vicky always seemed to be cleaning and tidying the kitchen. I can’t comment on the restaurant because I never ate there. The front desk staff is helpful and kind—a special thanks to Howar and Jackie. A con is housekeeping where we found strands of hair in the bathtub when we checked in.

Chain is a very nice hotel, good bed, great bath and shower, fridge, etc and good breakfast and laundry facilities. It is virtually at the exit to the Dongmen subway stop (exit 8). Subway travel is very easy. It is a nice neighborhood. It a little quiet with few dining options, particularly nothing on Sunday night. Nice whiskey bar across the street.

First of all, the hotel entrance was only half open, which made it difficult to pass through with a stroller. The hotel lobby felt dark and somewhat disorganized. When we entered the room, many of the column corners were damaged or broken. The biggest issue, however, was the poor drainage in the sink. I’m not sure if it was to prevent food from going down the drain, but it took a very long time for the water to go down, which was really unpleasant. The amount of towels provided was not sufficient for families with children, and there were no staff available after 11:00 p.m. On the positive side, the location is convenient for sightseeing since it’s right above the station, and there’s an elevator at Exit 8 of Dongmen just below. Since we were only staying between trips and not planning to relax in the room, it worked out okay for that purpose.

This hotel needs to improve their facility. The hallway carpet is dirty. The bathroom towels are threadbare. When I mentioned to them that the towels are too old and they should replace them with new ones, the staff showed indifference to my suggestions. The mattress is hard. The light in the bathroom is insufficient.
