"This was overall a great property . It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was central to everything we needed. We had a lot of friends staying in the area and the house got very warm when there were more than 6 people in it. Even set at 70 we had the house get up to 77 degrees when people stopped by. "This was a modern home with all the amenities you could ask for to enjoy a week in beautiful Marco Island. We floated in the pool or the ocean every day for hours. Vacationing in late May has its benefits as the island was not overly crowded, restaurants all had availability, and the weather was perfect. "The inside was clean, neat and updated furnishings. The kitchen was new and looks out to the beautiful pool. 3 comfortable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The home came with 4 bikes. The outdoor area was perfect! So pretty and private with beautiful palm trees providing shade. 4 beach chairs came with the rental amd nothing else. Unfortunately we had to purchase 2 small coolers and 2 umbrellas. Cant go to the beach with out those items. Most other homes came with those items- i giess i should have...

While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work.
