"The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. When it did open none of the hot breakfast options were open. They were lacking utensils to serve up the limited options they did have. The drink machine needed to be filled up. We noticed when we came down to check out three hours later that they finally had hot options. It didnt do me much good as I was leaving the hotel. I was extremely disapointed with this Hilton property. I have come to expect quality from Hilton and the breakfast service did not live up to that quality. I hope this was an unusual occurrence and not an ongoing problem with this property."

"Breakfast was available for $14 per person, so did not try that. We were in and out numerous times and the front desk people never bothered to look up to acknowledge us. The room was nice and the bed was great, but the showers were bad - hot water wouldn't stay on for more than a couple of minutes, then got cold, then warm, then cold, etc. Major negative. Location was awesome! So many things to do nearby and a very pretty setting. The workout room was okay, but did not even have a treadmill. "

"I have come here regularly for about 8+ years. I have family in the area and I visit them regularly. This is my go to place. Far better than any mid tier hotel. I’ve tried many across the country as I make cross country trips each year. Clean, welcoming, quiet, great staff and the breakfasts are better than most. One winter a staff member helped me clean snow off my car. This Hampton is next to a very nice shopping center. The area around is full of restaurants and shopping. My home away from home."

"The room was not great. The bed lamp was unplugged and there was no socket close to plug it in. So I had to get out of bed to use the lamps in front of the room. The toilet after every use had to be flushed 2-3 times. Where the vents were for the ac had broken wood around it. It was not a great room. Definitely expected better."
