"The breakfast bar was really picked over at 8am with several trays empty in the case. I realize there was only one person restocking, but it seemed to take a long time — and finally we left without coffee because they ran out."

"This isn't a 3-star hotel, I'll definitely say that. Good for what it is, but should be marketed as a 2-star. Housekeeping will pound on your door and open it even if the "do not disturb" tag is hanging from your doorknob."

"Very run down property; seems like most of the people there are long-term tenants, and the place is pretty beat up -both in the common areas, as well as in my room. My toilet wasn't working - I had to fix it! I skipped the breakfast - it was just some cold to go items, nothing warm or anything where you could actually sit down and have a meal. I definitely will never be going back to this hotel again."

""Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon. "

"You pay for what you get. I guess. Didn’t realize anything under $70 is just not a great experience nowadays. It wasn’t clean. The staff was nice at least. "

"Parking was safe, gym was clean, pool was clean & our room was very clean. Staff was amazing and accommodating with our needs. And they let us check out late. I will definitely be visiting again soon"
