"My son and I had a wonderful time at the water park however there were some things that could be fixed I found myself constantly asking questions about the small things regarding the amenities so much it became a bit redundant, the staff were helpful I just felt maybe more signage’s or a brief explanation on how to navigate the water park/hotel Be prepared to pay extra for amenities"

"Guys do not book this hotel, they no interested on costumer service. I want to share my experience. The guy at reception was attending me, as soon as the flight attendant group came. He ignored me staying to wait. Rooms are not cleaned. As fancy saying we are full. Dirty carpet. This was my bad experience, also they are not interested for third party booking. So request Expedia to remove this from list."
