The adjacent well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef, and the wooden dining table makes mealtime family-friendly.
Simply decorated and bright, the bedrooms are equally comfortable with their soft linens and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a jetted tub, a fireplace, and internet access.
Right outside, fire up the provided gas grill for sweet summer barbecues, splash into the shared pool's turquoise water at your leisure, and indulge in a gooey s'more prepared over the firepit.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The unit is located on the 2nd floor.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a good time here. It was clean, and and it slept six comfortably (though with only one bathroom, that was a bit of a challenge). The segmented couch is comfortable and could be configured into a bed. One improvement would be fixing the electrical sockets - some didn't work - and perhaps adding an additional official parking spot, since it's a large accommodation. However, the parking was in a large lot, so we were able to park up to 3 cars without any complaint from anyone. The location is amazing and convenient.
Perfect for a clean, welcoming place to stay while visiting Kennebunkport. Great communication with the host. Kids loved the pool and playground. Would go back!

The actual unit was adorable. We left a list of things that they might want to add for guest comfort. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The downside was how close it is to a busy street. Traffic noise was loud. For us oldies the two full flights of stairs with luggage was a challenge!
We enjoyed staying here. The location was good. We were a half hour away from most places we wanted to visit. There is a beach that is walking distance. A couple things to consider are it is on a very busy street. Fast moving traffic. Can be loud. I think there should be lighting where you are required to walk your dog. Once it is dark, you are out there in a field that is pitch dark. Also, the table and chairs on the little deck were absolutely terrible. Basically the seats were disintegrated. That should be replaced for the money you pay to stay there. Other than that we had a good stay here.
