We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. I got there way before check in time but was allowed to leave my luggage so I could explore the city before hand. When I returned check in was a breeze. The laundry room was a great touch for me considering I had been traveling for some time it was nice to be able to do some much needed laundry. I was in a 4 bed room but only had one other roommate whom I hardly saw. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will surely use this place again.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired.
