"Check-in was super easy and directions to the cabin were very helpful. Christy, our host, was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back as soon as possible! The stargazing and wildlife were spectacular. The crazy rains prevented us from enjoying river time, but it’s very nice private access. "

"We stayed in the cabin called The Outpost. The cabin was clean and basic. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing we didn't like about the cabin was the small TV that barely registered any channels. But with that being said, we didn't book this cabin to watch TV. We did get to see whitetail deer and blackbucks on the property and Omar texted us when he was going to feed the deer so we could see all our most of them on the property; about 40 head of deer. It was an impressive sight. The drive to Kerrville and Fredericksburg wasn't too far of a drive for dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The peace and quiet at nighttime with the stars shining bright makes this place stand out. There was a pool and a hot tub; but the hot tub was closed during the summer - too hot. We definitely would recommend this place if you're looking to get away from the city and to enjoy nature. We would stay here again when in the surrounding area. "Had a wonderful weekend retreat at Zannabella B&B in Ingram, Texas to visit my son after the flood! Nice accommodations with a great breakfast each morning!Zach did a great job of decorating this facility and cooks a wonderful breakfast!"

"BEAUTIFUL property and community. It is very quiet, set back from any busy roads. Staff was very nice and the units were clean and nice. The Pool area was very pretty with 2 pools. One was more dedicated to families while the other was used by adults. Great sitting area near the pool with grills and games. Highly recommend! GREAT value!"

"Older property, but well kept. Staff is very friendly. Game watching tour was excellent, saw lots and lots of native and exotic game. Road are paved and easily travelled. You can see a lot of game by simply riding the paved roads slowly. Beautiful new pool. Great sightseeing. Good hearty meals."
