The oversize lot is perfect for parking a boat and jetski. With two boat ramps with full access located within the community. Not to mention the private beach steps from this home. The outside area is equipped with a beautiful porch with seating directly in front of the bay as well as a BBQ and plenty of seating for enjoying the outdoors and its views. A washer and dryer are included in the unit as well. And did we mention it's only a 45-minute drive from Miami?

Well equipped house. All new and shiny. Cathy very responsive to any request. Just sorry that they had already booked for next year - to someone else!
