The property is beautiful - we enjoyed the room, the pool. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the robes they offered to the guests. The room was quite spacious as well and our room had a balcony and overlooked the pool (building 3). We participated in some of the activities that the resort had (the yoga was the best!) There were just a few things that happened which is why I gave it 4 stars. We had arrived early and they said our room was being cleaned and they would call us. We waited 3 hours, They never called so we just went back and they forgot they said. When we got our room - the toilet didn't work. Things happen - no big deal. The next day tho - housekeeping never cleaned our room - I had to call twice. After that tho - they did clean our room daily. We hung out at the pool one day and someone came by with menus and said they would be back to take orders. They didn't come for over an hour - I had to actually call the restaurant and ask if they could have them come take our poolside order (as they offer this). If they are going to offer poolside - then they should have someone checking back with guests. Management did offer free breakfast for the issue with housekeeping and they did credit us the resort fee on the day of our arrival. The grounds were nice, the views were nice - I would go back, I'm just not sure if this would be my first option. I might check out another place first.

Wanted to have breakfast but it was after they stopped serving. The restaurant was almost empty. The waiter, instead of recommending something from the lunch menu, emphatically said breakfast was over. He dropped the menus on the table and didn't even offer water or coffee for beverage. My husband and I sit there for about 5 minutes and walked out. We were never served anything. The resort is very pretty and quite as we wanted it, but the above was not a good experience.

I think this property is new to the Hilton family. They are doing renovations currently as of October 2026. The buildings themselves are older but the renovations really make them look great. The pools are abundant, we just were hoping for a hot tub. No hot tub :-( The shuttles were great and handy because this property is at the opposite end of the Island from all the action. So it is very quiet and we really enjoyed that

The property and our stay was great - - - until check out, where we were presented with a surprise $578 bill for Taxes, Fees, and taxes on fees for a 3-day stay. They claim that since we booked thru a booking agent, Expedia, that those fees were not collected, and would not have been charged if we had booked direct. Basically, a penalty for booking thru Expedia. I had been aware of this Hotel if not for Expedia.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The pools were clean and warm. Room was well lit and clean. Bed was comfy. The atmosphere was wonderful. We did have issues with the refrigerator in our our room. It only worked when it wanted. It should of been replaced on the 1st day when we let front desk know about the

They charge to many resorts fees at $52 a day. Even though you pay a numerous cost they have to many restrictions. We brought in outside food and was told we couldn't eat it in the courtyard which is attached to their restaurant. It shouldn't have mattered since know one was sitting there and you paid to stay there. The prices for food and drinks are outrageous. I wouldn't stay here again.

Dear Hotel Management I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The staff at the hotel, and especially the team at the Yellowfin restaurant, were amazing. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Claudia in management for her assistance in improving our experience the following day. However, I must bring to your attention a very disappointing interaction with the front desk manager, Brian. He was extremely rude and gave us the worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel. As a frequent traveler, I do not believe his behavior is appropriate for a customer-facing role, let alone a management position. I hope this feedback helps you address these issues to ensure better service for future guests.

The cleaning staff is HORRIBLE, actual accommodations, terrible. Storage is non existent. Somedays they didn’t leave towels, made one bed, left the other unmade. Would not leave supplies like cups water. It was just terrible. Would never stay there again.
