Private studio apartment on Simonton Street one block from Duval. This home is located at the rear of the property and is perfect for a couple who wants to be near all the action.  
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

This quaint studio offers a queen size bed, kitchenette, table for 2, and separate bathroom.  Perfect for a couple’s "no-frills" getaway.

Located a few doors down is Better Than Sex, Duffy's and Pisces restaurants.  It is the perfect location for anywhere you would like to go in Key West, and most importantly, it is one block from Duval.

Efficient Studio Space
This studio is tucked away off street. The place was small but efficient and clean. Bed was comfortable and AC was cold. Great location and plenty of scooter parking spaces in front . Good for a couple just needing a decent place to sleep close to Duval.

Location is excellent! Very centrally located and easy (for me) walking distance to Duval St and everything I wanted to go to. Rental was clean and well stocked. I liked being in the back of the house where it was quiet.

Great experience & location!
The location of our stay was perfect. Everything was clean upon arriving, check-in was easy, communication with the property manager was excellent, & the local neighbors were quiet & respectful during our stay. The only downfall was other guests staying in the room next to us were a little noisy, we could hear them talking some, footsteps, & chairs scooting on the floor. Most of the activities & restaurants we wanted to visit were within walking distance. We wanted to stay in something small for our first time exploring Key West & I’m glad we chose RipTides. If you & your spouse want to get away & explore Key West for the first, I would recommend this cute little studio.

Whitney was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure that everything was up to standard. She even let us know if there were instances where she needed to be on the property which was greatly appreciated as a guest. The check in process was very easy, great location. We parked our rental car in a free parking space a block from the property and didn’t need to use it until it was time to leave. The property overall was very clean, we were provided linens & towels (both for bathing and for the beach). The only complaint we had was that the water pressure was not very good, we found that the toilet needed to be plunged more often than it should’ve been. And that the mattress cover was a bit dirty. Other than that, great property with great location & amenities.

This property is in a great location, close enough to all the action of Duvall St without the noise and crowds. We were able to find free street parking our entire stay and walk to everything we wanted to see and do, from Mallory Square to the Southernmost Point. The room itself was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint and quiet room for a few nights in Key West.

Cozy loft in the heart of everything
Loved our stay in this cozy loft In downtown Key West. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Only place you may need to drive to would possibly be certain boating activities further up the island. Place was clean, comfortable and perfectly located.

Location! Location! Location!
This unit is in the back of the house. I know that they have other units and hardly heard anything from other tenants. The back patio is right next to another House/apartment so you could hear them talking etc.but there was bamboo screen so still private for Key West.This was one of the main highlights of our trip. The first night we heard them both having a conversation with siri, they were yelling at Siri and talking. Siri kept giving them the wrong info and they were yelling at her as if she was a person. My friend and I laughed so hard we were crying, it was one of those you had to be there moments. They were laughing and I am sure they heard us laughing too. Every night we came home after beverages we were hoping they were up. We still laugh about it today. As far as the unit, very clean and everything was in great condition. What you see on the internet is what you get. It was a little tight in there but I would def stay again. Awesome location! We enjoyed it!
