"The room had everything we needed and was clean. Staff were helpful when we spoke to them but we did have to wait a while each time. "

"Great stay. Hotel located within walking distance of Temple Meads station, local bus stops and Cabot Circus shopping centre. We were greeted warmly by staff at reception and had no issues checking in, or out. The room was fantastic. We stayed in a double double room on the top floor with views of Castle Park. Room was clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only small issue was how firm the mattress was, but once you'd got use to it. We both slept well. The pillows were fantastic, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We only stayed one night. But would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Great that parking is included and great central location. We had to leave at 4am and the very kind gentleman in reception walked my mother and I to the car park as we were a little nervous."

"This feels like a country spa hotel, but is within the beautiful City of Bath. It's an amazing place for a lovely relaxing break. I didn't try the smart dining room, but the casual bar and restaurant was perfect and the food was good. Loved the art and this really feels like a family run hotel. Room was gorgeous and I had lovely views across the beautifully kept gardens, which were lovely to explore. There was a Wedding reception in the gardens whilst I was there, and couldn't have been a more picturesque venue. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants a relaxing, quiet break with access to a historic city. I will go back."
