"It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"Nice place to stay for a few nights and very well equipped"

"The apartment was so roomy . Space to park and a great little pub at the end of the road . Nick was an excellent host !"

"Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area isn’t the best and I wasn’t comfortable walking around the area at night, but the accommodation is well presented and comfortable. "

"Beautiful view was hard to leave the place to explore bath. Property is located centrally in the city so it was only minutes to the Roman Baths, shopping and food."

"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "

"Excellent place. Would come again. "

"Super-clean with super-comfy beds :)"

"Small clean room cosy and warm bus stop right outside the apartments but very noisy you can hear every move of other residents in the property"

"Brilliant location, lovely little apartment, would definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!"

"Great location, close to a car park and all the things central in Bath"

"Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Close to the Royal Crescent with a lovely pub in the Marlborough Tavern close by. And just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Bath. The host was always available, and immediately helpful when we couldn’t get to grips with the thermostats. Parking is on the road but very quiet and safe, and booked in by the host. Recommend to stay."

"Great location."

"Poor cleaning, missing towels and linen. Didn’t rectify when made aware. On arrival home, all clothes needs washing due to mouldy smell. Poorly equipped kitchen for an apartment. Great location though. Would not stay again. "

"Good location. Good size room. Clean. Not good for hot summer days because the windows need to be open to get cold air in at night, but the heavy traffic on the street makes very loud noise. The host needs to consider supplying fans for hot summer nights."

"Fantastic property, clean, close vicinity to the airport. Great stay, will definitely stay there again."

"Very spacious and clean with an outside patio with a great view of the busy harbour. Lots of shops/bars restaurants and activities for all ages in walking distance."
