Beautiful hotel, with fantastic gardens, exceptional rooms & service. We were lucky enough to have a large room on the third floor with gorgeous views of the gardens & hills in the distance.

The property is lovely and it is UPHILL from the train station - a note to those with heavy suitcases. Also if you’re coming from abroad, make sure to screenshot your door code before arrival as there is no front desk person. Other than that is was one of my favorite places I stayed in England. Breakfast was wonderful and filling! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cute and you could tell lots of care went into the interior design. I hope to return to lovely Bath and the Tyndall one day!

I never do reviews but felt as if I had to since my wife and I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Perfect location to walk to all the sites in Bath. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and made to order!! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There is a large car...

I really enjoyed my stay at The Gainsborough. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. It's just a block from the square and an easy 10 min walk from Bath Spa train station, so getting around the city was effortless. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The one small downside of being so central was some noise, though that was probably due to where my room was located. If you're a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brocks Guest House. The Managers, including Marta were very kind and explained the features of the area (attractions or places of interest) and told us if there was anything we needed to let them know-The Brocks House which is situated in an average neighborhood gives a traveler a "taste" of being a local for a period of time. The room was impeccably clean & the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a home cooked meal (breakfast)- egg omelet with toast & hot...

I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is amazing. The food is delicious and beats many of the cafes in the neighborhood. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.

It was so nice to find a Marriott and all that implies. Great room, great on site restaurant, excellent (in room) breakfast. Only one night, but a welcome oasis.

Have stayed at the du Vin many times on work trips to Bristol. I love the shower(!!) - but proportions of the room, the layout, the bed, the sheets and pillows - it’s all just right for me.
