"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Absolutely wonderful! We loved our host and appreciate his helpfulness and conversation!"

"Lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Perfect location for visiting Bath. Will definitely stay here again when next in Bath."

"Wonderful host, was very friendly and offered suggestions on things to do and places to eat. It was lovely to have a separate guest sitting room to relax in outside of the bedroom as well as connect with other guests. Short walk into the busy cultural areas and shopping but easy to bus or uber around. Quiet area at night and very safe."

"Great location good value"

"Good location. Tasty breakfasts. Large suitcases can be a problem if your room is at the top of the narrow staircases, but once at the top the room is cozy and comfortable."

"Great find and will definitely book again when next in the area Super friendly, nice food and comfy room"

"The Rose and Crown was an absolute delight. The property was so sweet, the room clean, cute and comfortable. The location excellent, close to Bath but a quiet oasis out of the hustle and bustle. The food at the pub was delicious and well valued. Would highly recommend."

"We tried many times to call OYO client services as there was no reception or staff at the hotel to get the door code to get in. I’ve lost more than 1h on the phone. Worst service ever!"

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."
