"The hotel and staff were great. Brand name hotel with good upkeep. However, not an airport Hotel. T5 is in the name but very poor travel options. Expect additional 100P to travel to hotel, better to spend on actual airport hotel"

"Great location and wonderful breakfast There is a car park (£40) located under the hotel - very convenient although on the pricey side- that said our car was safe and the gentleman attending to the car park was lovely - he even offered us a complimentary bottle of water for our journey home."

"Staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean and looked after. There was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom but I'm sure it was just a drain smell. I'm sure if it was raised with staff it would have been sorted. Bed was comfy."

"My fiancé and I stayed for 1 night as we came up from Plymouth for a wedding reception. We were lucky enough to be given a corner room, and despite it being a long walk from reception, the room was lovely. The staff were very kind and brought some goodies to our room. Parking was good and convenient, however the car park seemed to be full of entitled people. People who decided that they’re allowed to take up 2 spaces with their one car. Strange behaviour. I feel as though some kind of parking enforcement should be in place to prevent this. Otherwise the hotel is great for a short stay."
