"We received no check-in information until just before our booking, after driving hours to an unfamiliar city. The phone number provided by Expedia was disconnected, the email bounced back as invalid, and the WhatsApp linked to the number was for a random trading account with an AI-generated photo. We left multiple texts, WhatsApps, and even tried calling through WhatsApp several times, yet we never received a single reply or any contact from the host. And still haven’t had anything!
