"Property looks like it has been abandoned, property manager is the WORST, very rude, seemed bothered he had to come to open the office to check us in - complained he was just getting into the shower, asked if there was a restroom in the office, he muttered something, asked again, he answered "No for the second time" what an A-hole. Avoid this place like the plague."

The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! "I have stayed here many times and usually have a perfect experience. Unfortunately this time our air conditioner didn’t work the first night. They did send maintenance to our room to fix it, but it didn’t work. We told the front desk that the ac still didn’t work the next morning and we ended getting downgraded to a smaller room which I found disappointing. I have always loved staying here and so Hope. Text time is better. "

"Extremely nice place, 40 minutes away from Fredericksburg. Good food in Ingram. The view that we had was amazing.They had activities scheduled the whole time. Definitely be returning in the future!!!!!!!"
