"Having just opened in May, this gem will soon be outed as THE place to stay in Charleston. A boutique hotel with flair, eclectic yet tasteful decor in the common spaces, impeccably clean, high touch service, comfortable & well-appointed rooms, private deck overlooking the courtyard. Loved it all! Starting with our welcome drinks and ending with a lovely conversation with the valet attendant, and everything in between, it was all wonderful. We are active and don’t mind walking so being at the northern end of town was just fine for us. "

"We loved our stay at the King's Courtyard Inn. The staff were kind and helpful. Wine and cheese hour, sherry afterwards, and the breakfast were all great little plus ones. Our room was cozy and the whole Inn was really cozy with it's small courtyards and fountains. The locations is fantastic! Step out the front door and you're on King Street. We never drove anywhere and walked to all of our meals. We'll be back!"

"Great loacation virtually walkable to everything in charleston downtown. A/c worked great, super comfortable. Bfast was better than most included breakfast. "

"We stayed at the Charleston Place for our anniversary weekend and my wife’s birthday weekend with our 5 month old baby. The service was phenomenal from checking in, valet, assistance with our bags to our room, requesting of a crib, and the cleanliness of our room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back to visit. I’ve already shared this stay with my parents. So hopefully they come to have an enjoyable experience. "Great location. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The hotel stay includes certain amenities that we weren’t made aware of at check in such as 2 protein balls each morning and 2 passes to museums. We thought we reserved a balcony room and was told we’d get one but it wasn’t available at check in. Overall great place and would definitely stay here again. "
