"The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the location in the old quarter was good. However, the standard of cleanliness was not what I expected. There was excess mould in the shower, the gurgling sound in the shower drain sounded wrong, the sink didn't look as clean as I would expect, the elevator could use a thorough cleaning, etc. A good cleaning and I would have rated it higher."

"This is an outstanding hotel in a good area. Spotless and well maintained with attentive and capable staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with some a la carte options. The rooftop bar has lovely views. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Hanoi in the future."
