"The hotel was great - clean rooms with plenty of space. There are lot of nice areas in the hotel and courtyard to sit and have a chat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other places at Queenstown and this one was heaps better."

"A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). "Nice newer property in a great location in the downtown heart of Queenstown. We would stay there again. The property doesn't have parking however there is a parking lot next door where you can leave your car from 6pm to 8am but then it's $6.50 per hour to park. We always found a spot to park and it wasn't a major issue."
