"Friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel, comes very frequently and you can ride it fir free with hotel free ticket .Rail station is not within walking distance but bus takes you right in front in 7 minutes. "

The hotel threatened to charge an additional 40 CHF per person per day, which I stated was not in the Expedia terms and conditions. They then agreed and said they would negotiate with Expedia. Ultimately, the hotel apologized as it was an issue between them and Expedia, not my concern. The matter was resolved amicably, but it was an unfortunate incident on the first day of my stay, as it was very upsetting. Otherwise, everything was fine; I slept comfortably, and the hotel was quite clean."

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "
