"I thought the cleaning staff would reset the room each day but we only received new towels which was appreciated. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the room was incredibly smaller than other places I stayed throughout my trip. The hotel was close to the train and a few 7-elevens which was good but overall it was ok. "

"Overall its a great hotel. This is my second time staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its really close to shinjuku station. However it is in kabukicho so be prepared for crowds and a lot of police/security on friday, saturday, and sunday night. Another thing is i have been to other hotels that give a lot more amenities than this hotel. "

"Direct access to train station and accessible commute to Tokyo. The hotel is close to Disneyland and offers variety of free amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again if ever. Highly recommended. "
