Overall, my stay was amazing. The location was great- although it is up a slight hill, so be prepared if you’re walking. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing me tips (and coupons on major attractions) around the area. My favorite part is that the hotel provided you with a complimentary mobile phone that you could use for local calls, Internet, and maps. It was very convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity. They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day. I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

Lots of food options and a good central point to connect between cities

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.

I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!
