We found our room in tip top shape. It has all the comforts we need for a two night stay in Gig Harbor. We especially like the tip on local restaurants and activities. Great location!!

restful stay, comfortable clean room with bath. great location to town. delicious breakfast.

It was and had everything we needed!

The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!

Great location and lots of walk ability. Not sure how long they place has been used as a rental, but those that may be hesitant due to the ‘pet friendly’ environment, so it fear as there was zero evidence of any prior pets.

The facilities was very clean and of great value. The only inconvenience was expectations set regarding check-in. For example, upon booking my stay, I received instructions that a $100 refundable cash deposit plus a $15 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be required upon check-in so I went through the trouble of making sure I had the exact amount of cash on me prior to the trip. On the day of check-in, I received a text with check-in instructions, instructing me to pay the $15 cleaning fee via...

Loud music across the street from local club. However, it is a great hotel for the price and accommodation. Second time staying here and if back in the area I will stay again.

The experience was great, maybe make it known to guests to clean their own dishes. And since it’s Harry Potter themed you should do something with the colors of the room. Everything was white, I think you should color code them to the appropriate form colors. Just because it has one or two things on the walls doesn’t make it a theme

Small room, but had everything i needed. Short walk to Fremont or the main drag of Queen Ann. I was surprised by the additional cleaning fee of $47, but still cheaper than a regular hotel.

Clean and modern room with comfortable bedding

Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well.

Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host.

Weird how they have a third party processing security deposit

Access to washer and dryer was great. Parking wasn’t bad. Nice area.

Less than a ten minute walk to restaurants and taverns at the top of Upper Queen Anne hill

Loved the location relative to placed to walk and bus stops. Had trouble getting on internet, property contact was quickly responded and remedied. Stayed 4 nights. Great experience.

It’s no frills but clean and very comfortable and in a great location.
