Die Lage der Wohnung war schön und ruhig, der Rest der Wohnung war alles andere als schön. Die Wohnung entspricht zwar den Bildern, war aber alles andere als sauber… Der Teppich hatte viele Flecken, der Kamin wurde nicht gesäubert und der Fernseher war voller Staub. Aus dem Wasserhahn in dem einem Badezimmer kam kaum Wasser, sodass man es eigentlich nicht benutzen konnte. Die Wohnung hatte ekelhaft gerochen und auch lüften hat nicht geholfen. Im Wohnzimmer gab es keine Rollläden, weshalb es immer ziemlich warm wurde. Im den anderen Räumen gab es zwar Rollläden, aber diese waren ziemlich alt und konnten nicht richtig eingestellt werden. Kurzgesagt: Die Lage der Wohnung war schön und ziemlich ruhig. Sie lag im Grünen und war nur 5-10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Rest der Wohnung war jedoch alles andere als schön und ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Positive Seiten: super Lage ( ruhig in zweiter Reihe ), Strandnähe, Tiefgarage, gute Zimmeraufteilung, geräumige Wohnung, Aufzug, Lage des Balkons, neue Matratzen, neue Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher, neues Geschirr und Gläser, Kamin. Negative ist tatsächlich, dass die Wohhnung schon etwas älter ist, was mich nicht weiter gestört hätte, wenn sie denn sauber gewesen wäre, was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Die Küchenschränke waren innen, wie aussen verdreckt und verschmiert, auch war der Küchenboden offensichtlich nicht gewischt worden. In den Schlafzimmer und im Flurbereich war nicht gesaugt und unter den Betten schonmal gar nicht. Alle Heizkörper haben scheinbar seit Jahren keine Reinigung mehr erhalten und über den sehr verdreckten/fleckigen Teppich im Wohn-Essbereich möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Im Kamin befanden sich noch abgebranntes Holz und Asche. Wirklich schade, aber das war nicht akzeptabel. Die Wohnung muss dringend einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden und die Teppichböden sollten schleunigst erneuert werden.
