The stunning oceanfront Toyabrown Penthouse is located forty feet from the water, has a spacious oceanfront lanai (deck) overlooking four famous Poipu surf spots, with new split air-conditioning system, is meticulously cleaned, and is adjacent to two white sand beaches, the best snorkel spot on the island, and the Beach House, for Kauai’s finest oceanfront cocktails and dinner.

The beautiful penthouse was a wonderful experience - very relaxing. The ambiance was very special the minute we entered the suite. The furnishings, top of the line kitchen, the big screen TV, and the wonderful walk-in showers were just perfect. To be able to sit on the lanai in the afternoon with a glass of wine watching the surfers in the water and then spend early mornings drinking coffee and watching fishermen in their dories was a real treat. The Beach House next door was a pleasant surprise - excellent food, good cocktails and fabulous views - and is a must. We'll be back.

We truly found paradise! The penthouse is the perfect place to enjoy the "perfect" holiday. From the sunrises to the sunsets, and watching the turtles swim by, and see whales in the distance. It was all breathtaking. We celebrated our 28th anniversary here and plan to spend many more here. It is paradise on earth.

It's fun to watch the surfers ride the waves and the huge green sea turtles play near the shore, while the outrigger canoe club members paddle by. Simply spectacular.

The Toyabrown Penthouse is located here in the Poipu area of Kauai, on top of a small, exclusive four-story residential building overlooking Kuhio Bay and breathtaking coastline views, and was remodeled by Jim Toyabrown. The penthouse is meticulously cleaned, and now has a beautiful oceanfront living, dining and gourmet kitchen area, a serene master suite featuring a Simmons Beautyrest firm queen mattress on a custom wood platform bed frame and fine linens, and the all-important second bathroom off the kitchen area. Custom furnishings, objets d’art, handcrafted shoji privacy doors, and a generous use of tasteful granite, marble, exotic woods and stone throughout: A true masterpiece.

The well planned lighting scheme and quiet ceiling fans are appreciated. HDTV with HD channels, telephone, and wireless internet are included. Also: On-site parking, elevators, 24-hour security.

Beautiful condo and location!

My husband and I stayed in this amazing oceanfront unit for two weeks. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We saw sunrises, sunsets, whales breaching, sea turtles in the surf, surfers, and snorkelers. Right off of the lanai! There is a delicious restaurant right next door and a shopping area an easy 1/2 mile walk or drive away. Completely relaxing and comfortable.

Great location (on the shoreline) with a well appointed condo

Quality condo, fully appointed with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. This property is pricey but it is very private and superior to hotel offerings in many regards that cost even more.

Very tastefully decorated and well stocked unit. Comfortable bed as well. This was such a relaxing getaway — listening to the pounding surf is addictive and soothing. We will be back again.

Spectacular Sunrise & Sunset

Prime location for sunrises and sunsets! Excellent smaller eateries and higher end restaurants locally. Nearby, shopping and beaches. Condo has all the modern amenities that you would want. It’s a two bedroom two bath, but only two can stay, which gives you a lot of room. We definitely recommend staying at this beautiful penthouse! 😉

I loved staying at this place. Everything is exactly what the description/ photo shows. Pros. The view and the cleanness Cons. The communication with the property owner is super slow, but everything went fine. The AC in the living room is not really cool. The one in bedroom is good. Beautiful place, great location, I would definitely come back!! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. Layout of the condo is very open and it was nice to have the windows open to the air flow and ocean sound the whole time. Could improve communication to provide access information sooner....we received ours within 12 hours of our flight and only after calling for assistance. Overall a great vacation and property.

First timers in Kauai

Oceanfront views spectacular with sea turtles and surfers just beyond the lanai. Very walkable location to smaller beaches, spouting horn, botanical gardens and the shops at Kukuuila as well as driving to beaches, restaurants and other parts of the island. We enjoyed watching the sunset views in front of the Beach House restaurant next door. The condo was clean and spacious as shown in the pictures and well stocked with basic amenities for our 5 night stay. Communication with the property manager was prompt as we had a slight issue with the AC which was quickly attended to. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location. Unit was very nice although furniture uncomfortable. Property manager did not return call regarding my inability to access cable. Had to find building supe for assistance. Since condo is very expensive, expect toilet paper to be better than ports potty quality.

Beautifully appointed unit on top floor (with elevator). Quiet location in building. Gorgeous views. Wonderful firm mattress. Beach towels, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo and more are provided. Note that the bedroom is closed off with shoji style doors with opaque glass which might let in too much light or noise if you have a partner who likes to watch TV late at night or make a late night snack in the kitchen.
