The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโ€™t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice.
