"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."

"Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean and modern. The hotel has a different concept, but very practical. They were always available to help, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked properly — very different from other hotels we stayed at during this trip in Europe. The only downside was the room service; there were few options on the menu, and everything we ordered was not tasty, and the soup arrived cold, as if it had just been microwaved. After that, we decided not to order anything else. But overall, it was a great experience."
