"It’s our 3rd time staying at Aries in the last 4 years and I would never look to stay anywhere else in Zakopane as the hotel is just fantastic. The staff are so friendly and always looking to help you to make your stay even better. The breakfast is truly amazing and sets you up for an entire day walking in the Tatra mountains. The Spa is chic and never really gets too busy, even at the weekend. We paid a little extra this time for a Suite and it was money well spent. I just can’t imagine anybody not loving their stay at Aries!"

"We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too."

"This is our third visit and a favorite of our kids when we are in zakopane. We take full advantage of the attached water park each time. One thing that was different this visit is that our room reservation did not include breakfast. This caused confusion and and uncomfortable atmosphere when we did arrive at the restaurant for breakfast as we were questioned several times if we were aware that we had to pay additionally (we were, we were explained this at check in, and requested to have breakfast added for all in our party for both nights of stay). Still, we were stopped and questioned each morning at the restaurant. This should be handled better. Would definitely recommend double/triple checking your reservation to ensure this is included or calling the restaurant ahead to avoid confusion and embarrassment. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "

"Extraordinary location, traditional architecture with an amazing view of the Tatra mountains. Traditional polish food with an added culinary finess. I would certainly recommend this place and hope to come back soon. Particular mention to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly."

"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. "
