"The place had creative design features and was quite comfortable, but did lack a few details, for example: no coffee or tea, minimal utensils, no broom or tea towels, only narrow thin light blankets, very little space for food prep. "

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark which made it harder to find the property. We would stay again but best to enjoy for at least 3 nights if we come again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space. "

"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."

"Great villa in a village with good amenities. The pool is nice with a fabulous view, and there are numerous spaces to relax and eat around the villa at different times of the day. Check in/out was very easy and the host was very prompt with help to sort out any issues."
