"We booked a bright room with windows based on advertised photos but were placed in Unit 4A—a dark, ground-floor corner room with zero natural ventilation. While every adjacent unit had proper windows and active exhaust fans, our room lacked basic livability and safety standards. Management needs to understand that you simply do not put a family in a room like this.
