Driving in Crete can be difficult but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. the views from the rooftop terrace can't be beat. The beach and clear beautiful water led to hours of relaxation. "Very friendly and hospitable host, nothing too much trouble, excellent recommendations for eating out, any problems were sorted. Spectacular views of mountains and surrounding countryside. Could even pick out The Palace of Faistos across the valley. Super pet friendly,( dogs and cats were adorable and no trouble). Pool great for cooling off, plenty of room, secure with electronic gates. In the countryside but on the edge of a village with amenities,( great bakers!). Larger supermarket not far...
