"As soon as we got settled in, we started planning for our next trip to stay here. The property is beautiful. Set in the mountains and surrounded by trees, decorated in traditional Greek style, and the garden is like a little paradise. The house is enormous, with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. Only 7 minute drive away to delicious tavernas, but the kitchen is well equipped so it's no problem to make food at home. There is a washing machine and dishwasher that worked perfectly, and the AC in the bedrooms was good as well. The pool was super clean and a real highlight, and the view from the garden overlooks the countryside and down to the sea. Every night we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset and the swallows swoop over us. Vangelis the host is a true gentleman. Communication was excellent, and he had fruit for us in the fridge on arrival. Halfway through our trip he brought us a box of ice creams from a local bakery to enjoy by the pool. He is a lovely man, very helpful and said he was only a short drive away, but we still had privacy to enjoy the house. We had a spectacular stay and our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, there were some things that I think could be improved. Mainly, the bed was really uncomfortable, although beautiful and clean linen. Myself and my partner barely slept the whole time, it was like a slab of concrete. We had a a terrace with our apartment which was gorgeous and had amazing views of the surrounding landscape. If I were to be picky, it would be nice to have more comfortable seating up there. Air con works and was great. You do need a car if you intend to leave the village, the location for us was 10/10. Beautiful views and easy to get to other locations as long as you hire a car. We didn’t try to get any taxis so not sure how easy it would be to book. The amenities in the village were great, a shop within 100 yards and the restaurant is traditional with fantastic staff. Very reasonably priced, and they bent over backwards to look after us. The apartment itself is lovely, although basic. You cannot really cook there, although there is a kitchen, as there were literally no utensils. There is no kettle either. Be careful of hidden costs, the host text me halfway through the stay to advise we had to pay a €5 per day charge for a climate change resilience fee, this wasn’t in any of the information we had received before or during the stay - and we stayed in a different hotel on our last night and we were not asked to pay this. As I said, overall despite some flaws, we really loved the stay and would stay again."

"Wunderschön, einfach die richtige Unterkunft um zu entschleunigen.Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren der Hit.Die Reinigungskraft war sehr ordentlich und charmant. Das nahegelegenen Dorf ist sehr ursprünglich und nur tagsüber von Touristen besucht. Wir haben es absolut genossen und kommen bald wieder .Absolute Empfehlung !"

"The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday. Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina."

"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"
