"Amazing hotel! Front desk, spa staff & lobby bartender were so nice and helpful! Rooms are amazing with balconies, fridge, and iPad controlled. Bellhop came outside and helped with parking right across the street & our luggage! They even have a pillow menu! Best part were the reasonable prices of the spa services (best massage ever) especially for the 5 star quality amenities - sauna, pools, jacuzzi, manicures etc. 5 minute walk to Lions Square for shopping & restaurants although the bar onsite in the lobby & on the roof are full service. The rooftop patio & pool are incredible. & the onsite gym. This place is amazing . King beds were separated ahead of time at our request. We will definitely return!"

"The pool was immaculate and situated perfectly . The hotel was right on the beach which was clean and dandy and the sea was beautiful The hotelierspoke very good English and was extremely helpful . This hotel is peaceful , a short taxi ride to Heraklion and a supermarket on hand .we very much enjoyed our holiday here and would like to extend our thanks to our host ."

"Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included. Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive. Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it."

"The best of 10 hotels and apts we have stayed in Greece so far. The personnel/service is super helpful and anticipates to what we needed. Modern, clean, quiet. Provided a map of the city, helps with calling taxis, etc. Best location, walkable. Must stay here at Heraklion!!!"
